Costa Maya Residence is located in one of the most unique places in the world! It is in the southernmost point of Quintana Roo state that is 4 minutes’ walk from the Western Caribbean Costa Maya International Cruise Pier. It receives approximately 1 million people each year, and may receive up to 4 cruise ships at the same time. Among the famous liners are Carnival, Princess, Royal, MSC, Celebrity, Holland and Disney.
The Costa Maya area is located in Mahahual, close to the tourist cities Cancun, Tulum, Playa del Carmen and tourist attractions such as the Bacalar Lagoon (lagoon of the 7 colors), the Cenote Azul and the archaeological ruins in Chachobben.

Gobal Costa Maya beach clubs are the part of Gobal Costa Maya residential complex, where the white sand and crystal clear waters of the turquoise sea are enchanting at first sight. The exclusive beachfront amenities, located just a few steps from the residences, combine natural beauty with sophisticated aesthetics.
There are several restaurants for the Gobal’s residents and guests to choose daily. You can have pleasant breakfast, lunch or dinner in a cool, sheltered from the sun and wind room or on the terrace overlooking the sea.
You may play volleyball with friends or take a fishing tour, sail on a yacht or fly by helicopter to the Chinchorro Bank and wonderful Blue Hole in Belize. At GOBAL COSTA MAYA, health and safety are very important so we offer quick access to a fully equipped ambulance that will provide first aid services and transportation to a local clinic if necessary. (CLINICA MAHAHUAL COSTA MED, 5 minutes’ walk away). Another hospital is located in the nearby town of Chetumal, 90-minute drive away. In total, there are nine public medical facilities in Chetumal: the General Hospital, the Morelos Child and Mother Hospital, Chetumal Naval Hospital, Chetumal Military Hospital, the Carranza Clinic, the Mexican Red Cross, ISSSTE Hospital and IMSS Hospital.
Our residences have the highest standards of security and surveillance with 24-hour security and access control point, electrified fences and perimeter cameras, the surveillance inside the complex with security elements. The residences also have indoor security camera equipment, electronic intercoms, alarms and motion detectors. You can monitor your home from anywhere in the world and give access to your guests from your mobile phone.

Is Gobal Costa Maya Beach Club open to all people?
The Gobal Costa Maya complex has three twin beach clubs, the first of which is for VIPs, the second for ADULTS only and the third for FAMILIES. All of them are available to both residents and guests in accordance with our access rules and zone allocation policy.
How can I book a visit to the beach complex?
You can make a reservation through our website or by phone.
SUITES AND APARTMENTS
Is it possible to rent or buy a suite with a sea view at Gobal Costa Maya?
Yes, definitely. You need to study our website carefully, select the property you wish to invest in, choose a financial model, collect the requested documents and make the payment in advance. Then send us the confirmation of the advance payment with the documents to generate your contract of sale. In about 10 days, a real estate consultant will contact you to sign your contract of sale digitally or personally.
